The parameters are your current annual pension amount, the discount rate (you may use United states government bond rates to estimate this), your current age (you may use partial years, such as 63.25), and your expected lifespan age--you can search for this online--you should search something like

"I am currently ___ years old in good / decent / bad health, what is my life expentancy?"

There should be two separate answers one for men and one for women.
